Polyadic enlist

Takes an arbitrary number of arguments and produces a list as a result. If all elements are of the same type, the result will be collapsed to a vector.

Syntax: enlist <x>; enlist[<x>]; enlist[<x>〔; <y>〔; .. 〕〕]
